Cricket West Indies.
- The context
- An international cricket environment with athletes, coaches and support staff working across locations.
- My contribution
- Various consultancy roles, including senior men's S&C systems, fitness testing and coach education, and S&C support for the U19 team at the 2020 World Cup.
- The work in practice
- Connecting assessment, training and reporting to the needs of an international programme. The U19 squad won all three group matches at the 2020 tournament.
Developing S&C coaches.
- The context
- Practical UKSCA education for coaches working in Indian sporting environments.
- My contribution
- ASCT course teaching and assessment, supported by online learning and mentorship, alongside regional conference delivery.
- The work in practice
- 2024 and 2025 cohorts completed, connecting foundational movement, strength coaching and programme planning with practical assessment.

- Strength and conditioning education for national tennis coaches.
- My contribution
- Delivery of an ITF S&C course with the Trinidad & Tobago Tennis Association.

- Bringing strength and conditioning education into the tennis coaching environment, with a practical focus on athlete development.

Netball, fencing & athletics
Support across national-level and development pathways, including Salle Kiss Fencing Club and athletes progressing into elite environments.
Young Athlete Academy
Founded and developed a multi-sport youth programme, connecting age-appropriate strength, speed and movement development.
SportBite
Created and hosted a sport science learning series connecting coaches with expertise from professional sport, academia and performance practice.
